Our products are all handmade. Any item not in stock is specially made to order. We will endeavour to dispatch items 24 hours after an order has been placed. Please allow 3 to 7 days in case we are away. We will email/contact you when goods have been dispatched. If items have to be made specially we will contact you with a realistic delivery date. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order we reserve  the right to cancel at any time before delivery and issue a full refund.

Product colours and shapes

Because of differences in PCs and monitors the colours displayed on your screen may not exactly match the true colours of our products. Also because each item is handmade shapes and colour may vary slightly from piece to piece. If you are not completely satisfied with an item we will be happy to offer a refund  in accordance with the returns policy.


We respect your privacy and the security of your personal information. This information will only be used to process an order or to contact you when necessary.  We may also send you information on any events or promotions.  We do not store your credit card details. Under no circumstances will we share your personal information with third parties.

Any damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

All items must be returned within 7 days.

Any item returned in its original condition will receive a full refund.

Any returned goods not in their original condition or damaged will not be refunded.

We will process your refund via original payment method

Return postage will not be refunded. The package is the responsibility of the customer and so we strongly advise you to pack the item well and to send via registered post, retaining proof of purchase in the event of making a claim from Royal Mail if the package is lost.
